·       LWSC’s 2025-2029 strategic plan is projected to require about US$156.6 million to implement.

·       The plan includes targets to increase household water connections from 15,000 in 2024 to 30,000 by 2029.

·       It also targets doubling sewer connections from 1,560 to 3,000 and improving revenue collection efficiency from 57 percent to 95 percent.

·       Safe drinking water remains scarce in many areas, and communities still rely on wells, boreholes, hand pumps, private vendors, and rainwater storage.
